Team feedback
I am writing a quick note of appreciation for this opportunity to work with this class and, specifically, the team I had the pleasure of engaging with on this project. The group had head, heart, and voice traits, which are valuable in an emerging business vertical like the Zen Den. Kira was the initial team member to take the lead on getting things started by being the liaison between communication with the team and me. She continued to show her dedication throughout the project and has a strong capacity to work with leadership, inspiring me to stay engaged and resourced. There was a sense of strength in having her on the team, knowing that she kept the glue together with the project while there were multiple moving parts. May is the heart and happiness of the group. She has brought a whole new color palette into our perspective yet always maintains the company vision. She has amazing creative ideas that come out of nowhere and makes the team think about directions that are sometimes outside the box, which is important for companies in the wellness field (especially ones like ours with emerging technology). Autumn keeps us grounded and makes everything make sense, and this has helped bring clarity to our voice with this startup and our goals. She is hardworking and strives to do her absolute best every time. Autumn is usually the first to start working on something and sharing resources. Her quality traits are being thorough and good at writing and bringing clarity to things.

Employee & Facilitator Training Project For A Wellness-Tech Startup

We are looking for passionate HR and systems thinkers to help our team and support us as we build out our training and development process for employees and facilitators that we work with. Find My Zen has a digital discovery platform that supports the public in exploring local wellness and different modalities. We also are launching our Zen Den physical location in a wellness marketplace that's in downtown Denver. We will be weaving together different modalities, tools, and venues to help support a client's wellness journey. We want to promote wholeness, so supporting both the employees and facilitators in training and development will not only benefit them but also support the client's experience and the community as a whole.

Resilience and Adaptability Workshop for Mid-Level Managers

The main goal for the project is to build a workshop that will train mid-level managers in developing their resilience and being more adaptable. The workshop has to include one or two simple and yet sturdy frameworks to understand resilience and adaptability, as well as practical insights in how to best evaluate a situation and identify approaches that will generate more resilience and overall support a better adaptation to an ever-changing environment.
