Boost Brand Awareness - 20th Anniversary

The Tea Haus is a family owned business with one retail location in London, Ontario and an e-commerce platform (est. 2000). We have been early adapters of e-commerce and had significant success over the years. We are celebrating our 20th anniversary on October 26, 2020. We are looking to create a marketing & social media action plan that will allow us to shine the light on our company. • With this objective in mind, we need an analysis of The Tea Haus’ current performance on social media (and in store). The project outcome should include an overview of things that are important to our customers and that they value about our company. Using this information, we would like to see a marketing plan that celebrates the occasion but also highlights/offers benefits to our customers (give-aways within our budget, social media posts of interest etc, new and unique ideas that spur interest in our brand). • The activities should be broken down for in-store customers and online customers. • We would like to use the opportunity to boost brand awareness. Outcomes The group must conduct appropriate research and develop a strategy for The Tea Haus to promote its 20th anniversary in October 2020. The outcome should include an action plan that we can implement leading up to the event.

Countermeasures to declining online sales growth

With this objective in mind, create: a review and strategic analysis of The Tea Haus’ current goals, social media and digital marketing strategies, audience, tactics, content mix, stories/communications, creativity, channels, influencers, partners, and audience engagement. Based on these findings, develop recommendations for improvements that includes measurable objectives. The recommendations should also include a budget proposal based on a % of e-commerce sales to ensure future growth.
