BinoBooks is looking for a SEO and social media analyst who can help us deliver impactful content that conveys the BinoBooks brand voice to a wide audience. The primary project requirements include: Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to BinoBooks Defining Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure BinoBooks appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords Research on social media requirements to increase engagement analytics Competitor SEO analysis Content Calendar Execution: recommendations of timed deployment social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site Working with tools and programs such as Slack, G Suite, Google Analytics, Square/Shopify The expected project outcomes include: A baseline SEO analysis of BinoBooks' existing online presence at the start of the project A report containing: a keyword analysis, SEO requirements, social media requirements; competitor SEO analysis; suggested content calendar schedule The aforementioned report should include a plan for implementation for BinoBooks' website, social media channels, and any other relevant sites Who you are: Someone who is eager to work in a that celebrates diversity Someone comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to a fast-changing startup environment Experience or knowledge with SEO and social media analytics Experience or knowledge of Google Analytics is considered an asset Flexible schedule for meetings on weekdays Ability to collaborate, meet deadlines, and manage time wisely Someone who is comfortable working on a remote team through using Slack and video conferencing software, like Zoom Who we are: BinoBooks is a female-founded Canadian startup, that creates personalized e-storybooks for parents and their children. Social Media Coordinator
BinoBooks is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can help us deliver impactful content that helps convey the BinoBooks brand and our vision to a wide online audience. The primary project requirements include: Obtaining an understanding of the BinoBooks brand voice, our mission, the product and our plans for the future. Creating engaging content for the BinoBooks brand, and scheduling posts across the BinoBooks social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Medium, LinkedIn) using tools such as Facebook Business Manager and Buffer. Curating and developing a wide variety of content that aligns with the BinoBooks brand, and engages our target markets. Content mediums will include: creating original graphics, curating shareable content from our target market, finding relevant Reel and TikTok trends for the BinoBooks team to create, writing blog posts, marketing emails etc. Using tools such as Canva. Conducting proactive and reactive engagement sessions on our social media accounts, by responding to any BinoBooks community inquiries and authentically engaging with posts of people within our community (not selling, just being human and commenting and engaging with posts we enjoy, and letting them know why!) Developing and managing our daily, weekly, and monthly social media content calendar. The goal is to have 2-3 months of relevant and quality content at all times. Produce a content campaign, including email newsletters, around our current and future e-storybooks on the topic of body image, and more. Conduct bi-weekly social media analytics reports in order to understand what content is performing well with our audience, and what isn't. The expected project outcomes include: An on-brand content calendar for a minimum of 2-3 months of coverage scheduled and ready to publish. Develop content for our first and future storybook campaigns using different mediums, such as social media content, and email marketing. A report of BinoBooks' bi-weekly social media analytics, and reflections using the analytics for what content is performing, and where we should double down, or abort in our content plan. This should include a baseline report of the social media analytics prior to you implementing any content or engagement sessions. Tracking all knowledge learned during your time in this role, in order to help onboard future team members. This includes anything that helped you best grasp an understanding of the BinoBooks brand.
