Awareness Campaign Plan
Our organization is passionate about promoting social causes. We want to increase awareness about a particular topic. We would like to work with students to design a campaign that raises awareness and encourages changes in attitudes / behaviors. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this topic. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals. Identifying groups that the campaign will target. Identifying ideal outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identifying potential sponsors and partners who can support our campaign. Creating a promotion and marketing plan. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Assisting in the development of leaflets, posters, videos, and / or brochures.
CSAT Sales and Marketing Strategy
To develop and launch sales and marketing strategy. Website built and ready to promote to consumers. Open to suggestions to enhance website as well. Need to attract and retain clients. We have no social media presence (Instagram, etc.), so open to any plan to implement and launch social media campaign.
Product Launch Strategy
We want to expand our customer base as we are brand new to the market. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to secure new clients successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? Should we just default to launching where we live? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. With whom should we partner for these consulting services? How complex is that and how much will it cost, realistically? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
