Level Up Digital Content Creation for OneSmallStepSk.Ca

Positions available: one We would like a student to work for 80 hours to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and the work we're doing to connect people in Saskatoon with the work and the real-time needs of non-profits. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of our organization. We need someone to help us as we grow OneSmallStepSk.ca We need blog posts, email newsletters, and other communication to spread the work that we're doing. To accomplish this, we expect the student will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Write monthly updates to share with sponsors, our non-profit partners and people who visit the site Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including blog posts and newsletters, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you. A student with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.

We believe the best way to understand our website’s usability is through studying the User Experience and User Interface. This project is for one student and it will take 80 hours. Main Objectives: We're looking to create a Google analytics dashboard that helps us understand where our users are coming from, how many of them are spending time and how they spend that time on our website, and where they click through to. Main Deliverables: A successful project will help us build a dashboard with our existing technology and any existing tools in the market alongside Google Analytics to understand our users, and their journey, better. Which category best describes the project? Improve an existing product What keywords best describe your project? Analytics, product design, product marketing, growth After the analytics are set up, we’d like students to help analyze our datasets to draw helpful insights. From this analysis, we hope to not only improve our processes and understanding but also gain insights that will greatly enhance our strategy. These insights will be directly related to business outcomes.

Level UP SEO and Social Media Strategy

Positions available: 1 student Our team is looking for three social media marketing wizards who can help us drive more traffic and improve our SEO positioning for our new site: OneSmallStepSk.ca. The primary project requirements include 3 x 80 hours of work to build the following: Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords Social media requirements to increase the number of followers/likes and shares and to drive traffic to our site Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site Creating engaging content for prominent media websites Working to create a strategy that brings more visitors to the work we're doing. We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm, but also execute a strategy to achieve: Creative content for social media, increase our followers on social media, drive traffic to our website, search for the key words to optimize our site's rankings.
