Creating Graphic Design Assets

Our company has had the same design assets for several years, and although we have enjoyed this branding, we are looking to revamp and update our brand book. This may involve: Creating a new branding guide that is new, but still aligned with our existing branding including fonts, colors, logo usage and imagery to be used. Meeting with the project manager to evaluate the choices made for the branding book to ensure it is aligned with company branding goals, and making any necessary revisions. Designing and presenting thumbnails for design assets (product packaging, banner ad, illustration, infographic, etc) based on the branding guide to be included in a proposal and presented to the project manager. Executing the full designs for each branding asset using Canva, based on the approved thumbnails. Creating multiple thumbnails with different color schemes based on the colors in the branding guide.

Product Stability and Shelf-Life of Fatty Acid Supplement

The objective of this project is for students to properly assess the stability and shelf life of NeuroActiv Oil™, our patented wide-spectrum fatty acid oil formulation. NeuroActiv Oil™ is in its final product state ready for distribution and sale. The stability of the product is assessed by determining the Totox Values (< 26 mEq/Kg, see appendix 1 below) as well as the bacterial and mold contamination (see Appendix 1) over a period up to one year. Products will be provided at the appropriate age of the product life for unopened bottles stored at room temperature and humidity conditions. Another series of tests we would like to determine is the Shelf-life of the product once it has been opened and stored at room temperature and humidity conditions. Timeline: 0 months 3 months 6 months 9 months 12 months ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Appendix 1. Excerpts from Health Canada: Quality of Natural Health Products Guide Link to Health Canada: Quality of Natural Health Products Guide 3.3.11 Oxidative stability in oils Adulterations can occur as a result of poor quality control practices or it can be purposeful in order to use cheaper alternatives or improve product efficacy. Oxidative stability testing is applicable to all oils that have a high degree of unsaturation to ensure stability. Where oxidative stability tests are required by pharmacopoeial monographs, the tolerance limits as per the appropriate monograph may be used. Testing should be done according to AOAC and/or Pharmacopoeial analytical methods for peroxide, anisidine, and total oxidation (TOTOX) values of marine oils or omega-3 fatty acids derived from marine oils to ensure their oxidative stability. This is paramount to successful customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. We need help stepping back from the day to day and rather stepping into the shoes of our ideal customer. With the help of a student group, we would like to look at our present marketing mix; product, place, price, and promotion to assess which areas we are excelling, but more importantly help determine where we are lacking. This evaluation should include a review of our current mix, a comparison to our top competitors, and finally creative recommendations for new strategies, particularly increasing our digital presence. Don’t be afraid to expand the P’s and look into newer pieces of the mix like packaging, position, people, etc. Creativity and out of the box thinking is the key to strong marketing! We could certainly use some new marketing assets for upcoming marketing campaigns.
