Level UP - Brand Identity Design Refresh

Positions available: 1 The Dementia Association for Awareness and Support (DAAS) uses a technology to support at-home caregivers of people living with dementia in the community. Examples of this technology include our software platform called "Tusk" that helps users navigate the caregiving pathway, our podcast "Life With Dementia", and original blog articles. To support our mission of supporting caregivers of people living with dementia, and our vision to reduce caregiver burnout, we plan to enhance our public brand and grow our audience engagement! The existing DAAS logo and brand identity has served our organization well during early growth phase. Now, as we reach a larger audience and develop more sophisticated technology tools, our brand identity must evolve too. We are seeking to refresh our DAAS brand to improve usability and enhance the design aesthetic in online, digital, and printed media. (Note that our branding for "Tusk: The Care Navigation Tool" is not part of this project.) This project, in approximately 80hrs over 4-8 weeks, will include: Initial research to identify unique brand position and create a consistent, approachable, and mature brand identity Refreshed "DAAS" logo or wordmark concepts for review with stakeholders, and incorporating feedback into a final version A "DAAS" branding guide We will include an orientation on our target markets, customer demographics, business model, competitors, and more, to assist with creating a relevant redesign.

Level UP - Digital Content Creation

Positions available: 1 The Dementia Association for Awareness and Support (DAAS) uses a technology to support at-home caregivers of people living with dementia in the community. One technology tool is a software platform called "Tusk", that helps users navigate the caregiving pathway. Another piece of technology we use is our content library, including our podcast ("Life With Dementia") and original blog articles. To support out podcast audience, and grow our library of resources, we are looking for support in writing original content related to the caregiver's journey, life with dementia, and navigating the complexities (and frustrations) of the non-professional caregiving journey. This project, in approximately 80hrs over 4-8 weeks, will include a mix of writing original blog articles, developing content and assisting with interview research for podcast episodes, assisting with SEO and social media optimization and integration, and working with our team to identify suitable media for our strategic goals.

Level Up - Print Media Marketing (Strategy & Design)

Positions available: 1 The Dementia Association for Awareness and Support (DAAS) uses a proprietary software tool to help caregivers of people living with dementia navigate the complex and frustrating caregiving journey. The product is "Tusk: the Care Navigation Tool", and represents a SaaS model for B2B and B2C customers. One of our marketing initiatives is to promote Tusk to potential individual users (ie: non-professional caregivers, caring for loved ones at home). We plan to reach new caregivers through printed media (eg: handouts, brochures,) in clinics or doctor offices, as well as through strategic brand partnerships (eg: promo offers in "subscription boxes" or service partners). This project, in approximately 80hrs over 4-8 weeks, includes the planning, visual design, and copy writing for 2-3 printed media options to meet our marketing initiative above. Using the existing Tusk brand guidelines, create compelling and modern designs that are print-ready and effective in increasing new user lead generation. Marketing materials will also include preparation of digital marketing documents suitable for electronic presentations or introductions.

Level Up - Online Marketing Strategy and Support

Positions available: 1 The Dementia Association for Awareness and Support (DAAS) uses a proprietary software tool to help caregivers of people living with dementia navigate the complex and frustrating caregiving journey. The product is "Tusk: the Care Navigation Tool", and represents a SaaS model for B2B and B2C customers. Currently, the webpage that presents the features, benefits, and value proposition for Tusk is unrefined, and requires substantial revision to improve usability and drive customer leads and conversions. This project, in approximately 80hrs over 4-8 weeks, includes a new online marketing strategy, webpage layout, and wordpress updates, for our "Meet Tusk" software overview page. The scope includes identifying the strategic information to include in an industry-standard SaaS webpage, aligning content with the drivers of customer value, preparing a new content outline (eg: wireframe, copy, etc) that may include expanding the existing single page format into multiple site pages, and implementing internally reviewed and approved changes into the live product website (using existing Wordpress framework). The result will be a revised online marketing experience for "Tusk" that presents the features, experience, pricing, and value proposition to potential B2B and B2C users in a modern and familiar online structure.
