Awareness Video Creation
Our organization is passionate about decreasing health inequities in the racialized populations we serve. We want to tell the story of our typical client to increase awareness about our community's needs and attract funders, volunteers, and new clients to our organization. We would like to collaborate with students to create an awareness video. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission, vision and the community we serve. Knowledge of impact storytelling and journey mapping is an asset. Creation of a video using B roll provided by us and other mediums as appropriate. Editing video which includes adding text, transitions, and overlays to the video. Using Adobe Premier Pro Video Editing software and Canva would be preferential. Presenting the video and making edits based on feedback. Bonus Steps. Recommendations on the promotion of the video created. Notes: Go to our YouTube channel to view various videos created in house. Go to www.schcontario.ca to view our website. Sample of "B' roll content is attached.

Product Launch Business Case
This project will prepare a business case for a social enterprise venture(SEV) that involves the launch of various tech products and services. This case will be presented to foundations and donors to help secure start-up funding. This SEV would provide a revenue stream as well as opportunities for other organizations to take advantage of our innovations in technology to improve the delivery of services to diverse communities impacted by racialization, marginalization, and health inequities.

Social Enterprise Business Case
This project will work with youth and their staff facilitators to prepare a business case for a social enterprise venture(SEV) that the MSYL group could continue to operate. This case will be presented to Centre for Social Innovation to help secure start up funding. MSYL is based upon a peer-to-peer model to provide meaningful and solutions based engagement from youth. This SEV would provide a revenue stream as well as opportunities for youth to develop new skills, plus experience and knowledge in operating a small business. The components of this comprehensive but clear and concise plan can be based upon the students learned model for a business case but should include: Executive Summary Objective (for stakeholders SCHC, MSYL and funders) Current and Future State Market Analysis (research) Project Alternatives (Top 2 or 3) Recommended Project (Why #1) Implementation Plan (Including Return on Investment and Risk Assessment) Conclusion References & Appendices.

Website User Experience Evaluation and Design Published Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities
SCHC has grown considerably over the past few years. The diversity of our programs, multiple sites and the nature of many different communities within Scarborough has made it difficult to establish a presence. A dedicated Engagement, Outreach and Marketing Committee has been tasked to coordinate a consistent brand with effective outreach strategies across all of our communication channels. We require assistance in 1) evaluating the user experience (through various methodoligies) on our updated website to provide a positive client experience 2) analyzing our search engine optimization, google, and social media data to determine effectiveness towards established calls to action 3) recommend changes to enhance website to better satisfy our communication plan goals 4) develop several landing pages (if applicable) to better align with strategic objectives and 5) supply us with basic evaluation metrics (how and where to get them) to continue monitoring our site

Communications and social media projects.
Objectives: Bring awareness of SCHC programs and services to our community. Increase client referrals, qualified volunteers and donor support.

Information Systems Review and CRM Recommendations
