Cloud Data Privacy Strategy
The goal of this project is to analyze the different data privacy requirements in different jurisdictions, and to provide recommendations/strategy on how to structure the data infrastructure in order to appropriately adhere to the different regulations and requirements around the world. WellnessWrx will operate a platform that will have users globally, and the data storage and usage will need to adhere to local requirements. Designing Internal Controls
The goal of this project is to design internal controls that will be used by WellnessWrx that will allow us to implement and monitor different aspect of the control environment – starting with cash receipts and disbursement related to sales, then next to inventory.
Preparation of an internal carbon emissions calculator/model
To develop a scalable carbon emissions calculator/model on excel that will calculate the carbon emissions of the company. The model will be scalable, so it will be able to calculate the emissions as the company grows, by changing the inputs.
Business analysis and competitor review
The goal is to provide a business analysis document to assess several different factors of what other companies in the industry are doing. The use of the document will be to leverage other companies’ experience in enhancing the current business model and determine if there are any strategic initiatives that can be undertaken. As with any on-line product or service, the key is to have proper, detailed descriptions, that have a sales factor to push whatever the offering is You will be required to go through the services page we have, and provide changes, feedback, and do any research that is required to demonstrate the clear descriptions of our services. The goal is to have an end product to publish and use on our site. Upon the completion of this project, you will have the experience in communicating and writing for the purpose of sales. This valuable experience is key as move even more forward to an on-line market world.
Environmental Strategy and Environmental Reporting Plan - TCFD
WellnessWrx is a company focused on advancing wellness through technology. We are a startup, and we are in the development phase of our technology. We are interested in properly planning for, and reporting the environmental aspect of ESG reporting, particularly as the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures is coming up with reporting requirements. Both suppliers and the capital markets are asking what are we doing relating to the environment, and we would like to have the right plan, strategy, and reporting in place. In terms of carbon consideration strategy, we would like to: Develop a calculation model for carbon usage that is scalable and can be used as we grow Develop a manner to obtain net-zero/whatever carbon target the capital markets and suppliers are looking for We would like this in order to: Demonstrate to suppliers that we are a positive impact on the supply chain relating to carbon Have access to the capital markets that are looking to fund carbon forward companies The completed project will be: Carbon calculation model Carbon instrument options to have a positive impact for both suppliers and the capital markets Provide a reporting strategy (what/how to collect the information and where to disclose it) Provide a sample of the specific disclosures required (as much as we know until now) and where to report them This would require the project team to: Research which disclosure companies (like CDP) would make sense Research on how to ways to use carbon instruments to become net neutral, including costs You will develop a deep understanding of developing a carbon strategy, and industry that is in its infancy right now, gaining an advantage on others. We are looking to soft-launch into the universities and colleges across Canada to offer our program to students and connect them to everything wellness. Our head office is in the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking a student wellness ambassador to create this program, with PR and creative communications, for our CRM campaigns and to take this company to full launch by engaging student wellness ambassadors across Canada. We are looking to develop a plan that includes ambassador recruitment, an outline of roles and responsibilities, and a communication and engagement schedule. Project Scope: Identifying potential institutions to recruit from and how to market to ambassadors. Strategic Internal Marketing & Graphics Plan
To become the leading proactive corporate wellness platform by connecting employees to everything wellness. To achieve this, we need assistance in developing an internal communication, graphics, and marketing template to use with our CRM as we onboard our corporate clients. This includes, but is not limited to, branding, graphics, and marketing copy. We would like to equip our customer support team with a plan that offers them the CRM campaign template for simple applications during the client onboarding process. This would include securing the new client, the welcome message, and several follow-up communications to complete the launch and elicit employee engagement to use our platform for all wellness needs. This will include, but not be limited to, the welcome communication to HR on how our program works, next steps, motivating employees to use their extended health care benefits in conjunction with our platform, using wellness resources and educating employees about their options, and reaching out with compelling messages.
