Research and write lists of resources for our website

We are growing our business by developing a suite of educational workbooks (both paperback and digital). To raise awareness of the new workbooks, we are launching a new website. To provide our web visitors with added value, we are developing a resource section for the new website. The goal of the project is to develop a comprehensive list of educational resources to post on the resources section of our new website.

Develop sales strategy for selling via online bookstores

We are growing our business by developing a suite of educational workbooks (both paperback and digital). The problem students will solve is how to sell our workbooks via online bookstores around the world, such as Amazon, Chapters Indigo, Barnes & Noble, Kindle Unlimited, etc. Accordingly, the main goal is for the students to educate us on how print-on-demand printers and online bookstores work. By the end of the project, students will provide us with a report that explains this, and that includes their recommendations for selling our workbooks via online bookstores.

Research sales strategy options

The problem students will solve is determining how to pursue various potential sales strategies. Specifically, the main goal is to conduct research regarding the following potential sales strategies and by the end of the project, provide a report that teaches us about these strategies and recommends how to proceed with each. 1) Online affiliate programs 2) Canadian academic market sales (i.e., universities and colleges) 3) Continuing education credits

Develop sales prospecting plan

We are growing our business by developing a suite of educational workbooks (both paperback and digital). We plan to offer associations, governing bodies, and government oversight organizations a discount for their members. In addition, we will be sending out a press release. Accordingly, the project's main goal is to develop a database/Excel sheet/Word chart of prospects for us to (1) consider offering our discount promotion and (2) send our press release.
